Sto se tice ovih Masters turnira, zanimljivo kako je ovo bio Nadalov cetvrti final u Miamiju, a nije ga ni jednom osvojio.
Novak ima isti problem sa Cincinnatijem: 4 finala, 0 titula.
Federer slicno sa Monte Carlom: 3 finala, 0 titula.

Neki igraci odredjene turnire jednostavno ne mogu da osvoje, bez obzira koliko ih puta igrali.

Novak Đoković izjavio je da nijednog trenutka nije smeo sebi da dozvoli pad koncentracije u finalu sa Rafaelom Nadalom u Majamiju (6:3, 6:3).


“Podizao sam nivo igre kako je turnir odmicao, a najbolje sam odigrao u finalu, i to protiv svog najvećeg rivala. Uživao sam na terenu jer sam igrao sjajno i imao sam mnogo samopouzdanja, ali nisam hteo da izgubim fokus niti jedne sekunde jer je Rafa tip igrača koji, ako mu se dozvoli šansa, on će je iskoristiti i vratiće se u meč. Zato nisam želeo da izgubim ’momentum’, čak i kada sam imao brejk viška u drugom setu, nisam čuvao energiju i svaki poen igrao sam sa 100% mogućnosti“, rekao je Novak posle svoje četvrte titule u Majamiju.

Tesko je mladim igracima u danasnjem svijetu profesionalnog tenisa. Sad je tenis puno vise tezi nego sto je bio, svi teniseri su u super fizickoj formi, vecina u teretanama trenira non-stop, tako da ovi juniors sa mrsavim tijelima nemaju sanse protiv onih koji su odprilike 40 ili 50 kg tezi od njih - a sva ta ekstra tezina su misici.

Svaka cast Novaku na odlicnom mecu u Rimu, pobjedio je Nadala na sljaci u 3 seta, i na kraju meca napisao na kameri, "Ovo je za Srbiju i Bosnu!"

Svaka mu cast, stvarno lijepa gesta!

vec sam mislil (ali nisam htel ovde komentirati) da bu opet ostal na ispisivanju patetičnih poruka po kamerama...
