U avgustu izlazi novi Alien film: Romulus. Radnja hronološki smeštena između prva dva Alien filma, režiser Fede Alvarez koji je radio horor Don't Breathe.

Trachtenberg radi novi standalone Predator koji se zove Badlands. A radit ce se i Prey 2 s istom glavnom glumicom.

Omaž prvom Alienu, vidno inspirisano sjajnom video igrom Alien: Isolation, povratak korenima sa klaustrofobičnim dizajnom broda, horor u svemiru kakav Alien i treba da bude, facehuggeri će za promenu dobiti mnogo bitniju ulogu..

Romulus neće biti revolucionaran film, ali ovo ne može da bude loše.

Koliko god ja želeo da ovo bude dobro, čini mi se da ovo ide više u pravcu Alien vs Predator, nego originalne serije. Govorim o kvalitetu, ne o priči.
