Nije to isto. Oni su Lejkersi, samo su promijenili ime grada. Ovi su promijenili ime franšize, nisu Oklahoma Supersoniksi. I Sijetl će se vjerovatno vratiti narednih sezona.

Što ćemo sa 3 naslova Philadelphije? Broji li se tu 1 naslov Warriorsa ili Syracuse Nationalsa? :)

Ako je vjerovati ovom tekstu onda je OKC klub koji postoji od 2008. kad su ostvarili prvu pobjedu.

The Thunder made their first appearance in Billings, Montana, on October 8, 2008, in an 88–82 preseason loss against the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Thunder played their first Ford Center game on October 14 against the Los Angeles Clippers.

In their regular-season home opener, the Thunder faced (and lost to) the Milwaukee Bucks. Earl Watson scored the first points of the season with a layup. Three nights later on November 2, the Thunder won their first game by defeating the Timberwolves, improving their record to 1–3."

Toronto, Milwaukee, Denver, sad i Oklahoma... Promenila se geografija NBA-a u poslednje vreme i small market timovi dolaze do uspeha što je lepo za videti. Šteta što se Haliburton povredio jer odlično je otvorio meč i ko zna šta bi bilo do kraja u ovoj sedmoj tekmi ali eto doživeo je peh. Ove sezone je titulu osvojio tim koji je imao najmanje povreda. Oklahoma je celu sezonu odigrala odlično, mlada ekipa sa dubokom klupom, igraju mušku odbranu koja često prelazi granicu faula ali sudije ih tolerišu, SGA je bio nezaustavljiv ove sezone, imaju odličnu organizaciju, GM-a, trenera. Zasluženo su prvaci.

Konačno dočekasmo da Denver trejduje MPJ-a. Putuj igumane.

Vratio se i Bruce Brown, i to za veteranski minimum.

U par dana Nuggetsi napravili drastično bolji tim. Rešili se beskorisnog MPJ-a i njegovog ogromnog ugovora, za te pare doveli Cam Johnsona koji je jeftiniji i bolji igrač od MPJ-a, vratili Bruce Browna za veteranski minimum, i doveli Valanciunasa pa će Jokić po prvi put u karijeri moći da odmori na klupi jer Nuggetsi konačno imaju rezervnog centra. Doveli i Hardawaya Juniora, koji je dosta loš igrač, ali ako uspe da pogodi koju trojku biće OK. Još jedino im fali adekvatna zamena za Murraya kada siđe na klupu.

Otišli Westbrook, MPJ, Šarić, dovedeni bolji igrači, jača klupa, bolji šut spolja. Prelazni rok iz snova za Nuggetse. Trojka Oklahoma-Houston-Denver rešava Zapad sledeće sezone.
