Procitao (konacno) i prvi specijalac, Dracula Park (Boselli / Andreucci), oktobar 2005.
Poslije "Legende o starem mostu" (broj 5, o mostarskom mostu) drugi specijalac koji sam procitao, i oba dva su mi odlicno sjela.
Vracamo se u Transilvaniju (vidjeti orig. 20-22), gdje se Dampyr ponovno susrece sa svojim ocem, a i Vlatnom. Ne nedostaje i cijeli svijet cudovista, ukljucujuci i srpskog vukodlaka te slovenskog/slovenackog kudlaka (vampir saman), Dampyr tu predstavlja Kresnika (odnosno, ubicu vampira). Zanimljivo da se Boselli u ovom broju bavi i slovenskom/slovenackom legendom.
Inace, zanimljiva prica koja glatko tece, konacno nismo ograniceni sa samo 96 stranicama (cak 176), ali prema kraju - ma vidi vraga! - opet sve nekako naglo zavrsava, "zbrzano".
Jebote, stvarno mi vec nedostaje Dampyr.

THE RETURN OF LAMIAH!
On the number of Dampyr on newsstands in November, returns a character much loved by fans of Bonelli vampire slayer. Maurizio Colombo, author of the story, takes us behind the scenes of the production of the book.
It was December of 2000 when on the news stands came the ninth Dampyr. It had only been a few months after the onset of the series, but the Vampire Slayer created by Boselli and Colombo was already beginning to count a large group of enemies memorable . Some of them walked the fine line that divides the light from the shadows or the even more nuanced , which separates the evil from evil. It was in this indefinable space that moved a sinuous female figure, a charming vampire better known as... Lamiah! In November 2013, reappears from chine full of charm and atmosphere of Majo, the bewitching bloodsucker Berlin back on the scene, for a sequel of that first adventure, again scripted by Maurizio Colombo (which you can see in the picture of Nick Mascioletti). Even that is a return of Columbus Dampyr awaited by fans of the first hour and we could not not take the opportunity to interview the author of the story.

In the final pages of "Lamiah", the beautiful vampire prefers to throw himself into the abyss, rather than surrender to Harlan. In his last words, however, lacked the promise of a return to the scene. Why did you wait so long to bring up again Lamiah?
First, you should know that , in my initial intentions , Lamiah would die at the end of that story . As is the case when you have in your hands the best character , though, as I wrote I realized that this was a really nice vampire character . I was fond of it and , somehow , it was the same Lamiah to dictate his actions. So , the conclusion of the adventure writing the script I had preferred veer towards an open ending , without revealing what happened at the bottom of the abyss . Took me so long to realize a result of that story , and because I had thinned out my work as a screenwriter and because I was looking for a good idea , and I liked him to do justice to a character that readers had been shown to loving.
It was difficult to take in hand Lamiah after so many years?
Write the result of a good story is a bit ' re-examined as the test for a driver's license ... It is clear that the voltage is not missed. Once we had the idea , though, and once I started writing, between me and Lamiah was immediately recreated a certain harmony , we are immediately returned to you in confidence , it seemed we had just left the night before ... More than a good idea to get her back , we just wanted a situation in which her act. Simply bring the character to the surface I did not like and then I wanted to create a new scenario , a new dimension underground also allowed me to reveal the sides of his character unpublished .
We are back to Berlin, anyway...
Yes, yes, over Berlin and Berlin below! I very piaccono the subterranean environments , put them always in my stories , I just occasion. Underground reign shadows and with a designer as Majo available I could not take advantage. I think he enjoyed it too, including caves , tunnels, underground , underground passages, stalactites and stalagmites that have allowed him to create scenes of great character and charm.
In the previous story, as well as a splinter from the past of Tesla, we were telling the origins of Lamiah . Again we expect the full-bodied flashback?
The past of Lamiah I had already told in the number 9 Dampyr , here I focused on his present and on the new situation in which he finds himself . The time now is alone, no longer has to deal with Masters enemies want her dead and can make their way in the world. Compared to the last words he had uttered before plunging into the abyss ( " ... riformerò a bunch . A true herd , this time ..."), his perspective is a bit ' changed. He met with the outcast , underground, and joined them, also taking part in the fight that takes place on the surface, in a neighborhood dominated by businessmen of a secret society named Tabula Rasa ...
And now? Did you get to co-write with regularity? When we will see you at work?
It definitely was tiring shoot, I had to find the right time... Currently I work in two Zagor, and I also have an idea for a short story of Tex I'd like to propose. I'm already working on another story of Dampyr , a tribute to "Shock Corridor" by Samuel Fuller, with characters inspired by those of the horror writer Jack Ketchum. Working title? "The clinic of Dr. Treviranus." Treviranus is a beautiful name: I borrow from that of a commissioner of "Death and the Compass", a short story by Jorge Luis Borges.

I izgleda da smo i za Sajam izvisili za Dampyra. Verovatno je u planu - jedne godine kalendarcic, sledece strip i tako naizmenicno
Ocekivani tempo - 3 broja na svake 2 godine, ove ili sledece izuzetak - cela 4 broja kao nagrada za strpljenje |
