Tuchel nema sreće, a Garethu treba vremena, Engleze je sjajno posložio. Engleze vidim daleko na Euru, a Unitedu od njih dvojice bio bi bolji Gareth.

Erik ten Hag walks into a bank to cash a cheque. As he approaches the cashier he says, "Good morning, Ms could you please cash this cheque for me?"

Cashier: "Yes, I know who you are, but with all the regulations and monitoring of the banks because of impostors and forgers and requirements of the legislation, etc., I must insist on seeing ID."

Ten Hag: Just ask anyone here at the bank who I am and they will tell you. Everybody knows who I am."

Cashier: "I am sorry, Mr Hag but these are the bank rules and I must follow them."

Ten Hag:"Come on please, I am urging you, please cash this cheque."

Cashier: "Look sir, here is an example of what we can do. One day, Tiger Woods came into the bank without ID. To prove he was Tiger Woods he pulled out his putter and made a beautiful shot across the bank into a cup. With that shot we knew him to be Tiger Woods and cashed his cheque."

"Another time, Andre Agassi came in without ID. He pulled out his tennis racket and made a fabulous shot where the tennis ball landed in my cup. With that shot we cashed his cheque. So, sir, what can you do to prove that it is you and only you?"

Erik stands there thinking and thinking and finally says, "Honestly, my mind is a total blank...there is nothing that comes to my mind. I can't think of a single thing. I have absolutely no idea what to do. I don't have a clue."

Cashier: "Will that be large or small notes , Mr Ten Hag?”

Znači, ni jedan trener nema sličnosti u stilu i smislu s prethodnim i svaki kreće s novim idejama i traži nove ljude, pa se samo gomilaju bezveznjaci - to je nešto ko državna uprava u Hrvata nakon svakih izbora...

I nakon 10 usranih godina zamisli koliko sad moraš napraviti dobrih odluka? Koliko transfera moraš pogoditi? Čak i kad para imaš ka škalja, ne troši se to lako, pitaj City, PSG...

Sve ista generacija. Više izuzetak, nego pravilo.
Nakon njih su ti najbolji igrači iz akademije bili O'Shea, Brown, Fletcher i sad Rashford. To što tu i tamo naleti neki Macheda, odigra koju dobro, to je okej... Da ne bude zabune, ako akademija stvori dobrog igrača, neka njega, ali klubovi na toj razini su davno prestali ići s mantrom "naše dice"... Pa i Arsenalu je ostao samo Saka kao standardni prvotimac, a Martinellija bi njihova navijačka zajednica već minjala s nekim boljim, Smith-Rowe je davno zaboravljen...

Ali ipak, ne treba stvari u životu gledati samo crno. U Manchesteru se i dalje igra vrhunski nogomet, jedan od najboljih na Zemlji.Samo,sa jednom drugom ekipom iz grada.

Flecer je pre one bolesti bio ekstremno bitan igrac i odlican igrac za Junajted. On je nesrecno sjebao karijeru ali je mogao biti igrac na nivou oba Nevila minimum.

Grinvud je 3 puta bolji igrac od Rasforda koji se sjebao ponasanjem i onim silovanjima, premlacivanjima, zaboravio sam vec i verovatno od te karijere nece biti nista. Pogba je takodje u tim kategorijama bio. Nije ta skola krs samo je lose vodjena..

Ma nisam ja ni rekao da je škola krš, dapače, govorim da ona dovoljno proizvodi i United već desetljećima uvik ima igrače iz akademije u sastavu. Više sam se replicirao na Herculov post da je tu neki problem, a nije. Problem je u katastrofalnoj sportskoj politici, što znači - loši transferi, nedefiniran smjer, menadžeri u fluksu...

Problem nastane kad neki takav mladac koji je do jučer bio pripadnik škole, mora pokrivati posao i ulogu koju je trebao zauzimati neki znatno iskusniji, skuplji i renomiraniji igrač.
Manjka im iskustva, ligamenti i mišići nisu još posloženi za redovito najviši ritam, a i psihički je pritisak. Onda i ti igrači ne traju dugo i rijetko tko se tu dugoročno održi. Pedri u Barci je bio najveća mlada nada i gorući hit, ali sad nekako nije više na toj razini jer je odigrao prekomjeran broj utakmica i to ostavi traga.
